The glass plate is treated in an oven at about 650 \u00b0 – 700 \u00b0 C and when it reaches the desired temperature, it is extracted from the oven and cooled very quickly to make it crystallize; this process is carried out with the aim of making the glass more resistant and rigid: tempered glass in fact has a resistance 6 times greater than normal glass.

Laminated glass or coupled or composite glass is a safety glass that does not divide into multiple pieces in case of breakage because in this case an intermediate layer intervenes by keeping the layers of glass that surround it together, so even if the glass breaks, does not abandon its headquarters risking to endanger nearby objects or people. The result is a distinctive spider web shape upon impact.
