In addition to operator comfort and safety, our cabs are particularly designed for a pleasant and modern aesthetic effect.
The designers are very careful in guaranteeing this result, aware as they are that, even if inserted in industrial contexts, an attractive design gives an added value to the product / plant.

COMFORT

SAFETY AND RELIABILITY

The operator’s well-being is a truly central point for us.
In fact, our cabs are designed in every detail to offer greater visibility and maximum comfort for the operator. They are equipped with an air conditioning-heating system, insulated for colder environments and equipped with many other components on request.

Those are the best guarantee we offer on the market. More than 18,000 cabs produced in total satisfaction of users are the most important reference we can present. Cabins that, even if installed for some time, are still in place as evidence of their absolute and undisputed reliability.
The operator’s safety is then central to us and comes before any technical or economic consideration.

TECHNOLOGIES

The production process has also evolved over the years to make our solutions increasingly efficient, comfortable and competitive. It is configured in four main phases which are design, prototyping, actual production and assembly.

The design transforms ideas into reality and outlines the structure of the project, once all the necessary and useful steps have been completed to obtain the client’s approval.
Prototyping makes it possible to deliver a first cabin to the customer so that he can verify that everything corresponds to his needs, as well as that it integrates perfectly with the other components of the machine / system.
The production works to obtain a rough cabin, in iron or stainless steel, already complete with door, cavities, grids and protections for the operator and then to subject it to standard painting cycles for terrestrial or marine environments. The assembly department carries out standard or customized finishes: glasses, wipers, gas springs, air conditioners, defrosting systems, indoor and outdoor LED lamps and many other components.

We are equipped with modern laser cutting and welding equipment and powder painting takes place industrially in a specifically dedicated area, in some cases after cataphoresis treatment. We are structured to satisfy orders that require both a few units and medium-sized series.
All accessories and components are tested according to the most up-to-date regulations in use.
